Tire price reasonable and good installation but labor to balance and mount is quite high. Service advisor left for the day and didn’t contact me when the tires were completed. I had to call in after waiting for the call. Good service by the shuttle driver. Good diagnostic on thermostat issue. Overall good service

After making the decision to purchase my 2025 Corvette E Ray, I was assigned a sales representative very familiar with the vehicle I would be ordering. Every option was explored and choices made to personalize the E Ray for me. Management was very cordial. They kept me informed of plant acceptance of the order, week scheduled for production and schedule for delivery, from plant in Bowling Green, KY to Jennings in Chambersburg, PA. This could very well be my last Corvette because of my age. Therefore, the attention to detail and care provided by this dealership to help tailor this order for me really made this process special.

The service rep. didn't have the best attitude. The lady that gave me my papers and told me my car was ready was very nice. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation it took a little over an hour, that is to long and the biggest reason I won't go back to the dealer for those services. The car wash was a nice touch though.

I always take my car to this location. But for the first time I never received a call back. I informed them the tow truck was dropping off my car. And lady said she will call as soon as it got there which she didn't. Then I call back they said they will let me know when they check what's wrong with car never got the call. I called a gain then they said they will call once the piece arrives never got a call for that either. And worst of all I have beige interior and my door was full of black stains all over door not a little spot and just left it without cleaning. I even had a hard time cleaning it and still it has stains and now my ac stop working

I was told my rear pinion seal was leaking. I got from Jennings a price of $148.36 for part number 84924145, before taxes. I looked on GM parts website and the cost was $79 and some change with taxes. SO, I buy from GM parts website. Its the SAME part. I save lots of money. I bring truck in last week and get replaced. No issue. UNTIL I GO TO PAY. I ask service tech Dave what the warranty is. He says no warranty because I didn't buy part from Jennings. ITS THE SAME PART. IT WAS IS GM PACKAGING. Is this the way you treat a very loyal customer all the time?

I have always been happy with your service and was also pleased with this time, However I was looking at the new Equinox and came back Friday evening to purchase one, which we pick up on Saturday. When the Sales Manager test drove the 2015 Equinox he informed us that there was a major problem with the front suspension which affected our trade-in value majorly. You all do all of our service on both vehicles and I rely on you to tell me when there is a problem. So I was very surprised with this news and very disappointed with the service dept, not noticing this problem. If I had known it would have been fixed immediately. I now question your multipoint inspection... Are the technicians actually checking or just checking off the boxes. I question is it really worth driving from Clear Spring, MD to have my service done there or could I get better service closer to home? KBB and Bennet valued my vehicle at $6000 but your value was only $3000. That means there were $3000 of repair work was needed, That is major and should have been noticed by a mechanic.

On 9/5'25, I called Service Manager Todd Parter at Jennings Chevrolet, Buick GMC at Chambersburg, PA. My issue was a dead battery and computer and electrical problems. He informed me they were very busy but he would make every effort to solve my Buick Lacrosse issues. We brought our suv in to Liz Thompson for diagnosis of the reason our suv is having an oil consumption issue and the tire monitoring sensor light came on. We had an oil leak which was fixed only to have a torso leak a week later. Estimate of 1500 was given and that included $175 per hour charge. We could not afford the job so we will figure out a Wenatchee to reduce costs if it means getting another estimate.

Everyone very nice. I’m always feeling good when I leave there, ever since buying my car. Looking at new tires next. Should have bargained harder before I bought my car. It is a great used car. Very satisfied with it and Jennings🌟🌟 Just wish I would have looked over tires better. I also just got my car serviced this week and the next day a message came up on the Dash, “Air filter at 0%, change next oil change”. Wish they would have just put the new air filter in. Aside from this I love my Car, I think Jennings and there whole staff are number 1 in my book!! They help you!! They just don’t sell you something and you never hear from them again. They have the best dealership I’ve done business with👍👍🇺🇸
